Each pen contains:

• 10 mg lyophilized tirzepatide (powder)
• Bacteriostatic water for injection

The components remain separated until activation. The solution is automatically mixed inside the pen upon first use, just prior to administration.

• Precision dosing: each click delivers 0.1 mg, with a transparent window showing remaining volume.
• Capacity: 100 clicks × 0.1 mg = 10 mg total.

Once the components inside the pen are fully mixed, attach a new needle, dial the dose, and press the spring-loaded injection button to administer the injection.
