Make sure to rotate the base all the way until it is fully seated against the pen cap, with no visible gap between them. The base and the cap should fit tightly together. If the base is not fully tightened, the injection mechanism may not function properly.

Once the components are fully mixed, attach a new needle, dial the dose, and press the spring-loaded injection button to administer the injection.

On this pen, 1 step = 0.1 IU of HGH.

“10” on the pen = 1 IU
“20” on the pen = 2 IU
“30” on the pen = 3 IU

Using a 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe:

1 IU HGH > draw 0.033 mL (3.3 units on the syringe)
2 IU HGH > draw 0.067 mL (6.7 units)
3 IU HGH > draw 0.10 mL (10 units)

Draw the required amount directly from the cartridge using the insulin syringe.
